Senior Software Engineer, AI Automation

We need a software engineer with 3+ years of experience building data-intensive systems who has hands-on experience deploying AI agents in production. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment with minimal specs and have a track record of shipping automation that replaces manual workflows. Bonus points if you've worked at a vertical AI company or have experience with geospatial data or energy infrastructure.

• Build and deploy AI agents that automate human-driven power development workflows (siting, interconnection, permitting)
• Take full ownership of end-to-end features, iterating closely with power and permitting industry experts
• Design and scale automation systems that unlock new modeling capabilities and fundamentally change the renewable energy market
• Work across the stack — backend services, ETL pipelines, databases, and infrastructure — to support ever-growing platform traffic
• Collaborate tightly with the product team on roadmap and prioritization
• Gain deep domain knowledge in energy infrastructure development and apply it to build intelligent, production-grade agentic systems
