We're looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, and provide hands-on technical support to our employees! You’ll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our office.
✅ Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide first-line and second-line technical support for internal users via Jira Service Desk, in person, or through corporate messenger (Slack).
✔️ Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, peripherals, network access, and operating systems (mostly MacOS).
✔️ Configure and install laptops, desktop systems, printers, mobile devices, CCTV, ACS, meeting rooms, and other IT equipment.
✔️ Maintain daily health of IT systems, including updates, patches, and performance checks.
✔️ Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for internal use (Confluence).
✔️ Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets (Jira Assets).
✔️ Manage and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN), Wi-Fi networks, and VPN access (Paloalto).
✔️ Assist with Onboarding and Offboarding (including providing IT-equipment, accesses, setting up systems, configure VPN, security software, etc).
✔️ Set up workstations for new employees, including email and system access.
✔️ Assist with audio/video and conferencing equipment, including meeting room and media classes setups.
✔️ Ensure follow-up with users to confirm issue resolution and collect feedback.
✔️ Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and user satisfaction.

✔️ Collaborate with other IT teams for escalation and cross-functional troubleshooting when needed.
✅ Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or system administration role.
✔️ Proficiency with macOS systems (Windows will be a plus).
✔️ Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues independently.
✔️ Strong knowledge of IT support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
✔️ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Service-oriented mindset with a focus on user experience and reliability.
💡 Would be a plus:
✔️ Experience working in a service desk environment with SLA-based response times.
✔️ Familiarity with MDM systems for managing Apple devices (e.g., Jamf).
✔️ Hands-on experience with MikroTik and Ubiquiti network devices.
✔️ Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
