About The Team

We develop internal processes across the company and help teams work more effectively. We also run IT projects of implementing new features to our product. Our team is looking for a Project Manager who can not only launch a change initiative but see it through to real impact — where the new process is adopted, understood, and actually working in practice.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement projects end-to-end: planning, transition to new processes, risk management, and execution control.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify weaknesses, propose improvements, and prepare guidelines and documentation.
  • Ensure adopted decisions are genuinely followed; build transparent status reporting across projects.
  • Train teams and tech leads, help people understand the reasons behind changes and get on board.
  • Run meetings and workshops, lead cross-functional projects, help teams align and remove blockers.
  • Identify automation opportunities and introduce AI tools to improve efficiency.

What Makes You The Perfect Fit

  • 3+ years of project management experience, including change or process improvement initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with cross-functional projects, training sessions, workshops, and facilitation.
  • Practical command of Project Management, Change Management, Process Management, and Risk Management.
  • Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and metrics; skilled at documenting processes and writing guidelines.
  • Confident use of modern AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Strong communicator: you listen, align, and drive outcomes without formal authority — and handle resistance to change with composure.
  • Systemic and critical thinker: you see the real problem behind the symptom and understand how decisions ripple through the business.
  • Ownership mindset: you follow through, deliver, and pick up new skills quickly.

Will be a plus

  • Experience in finance or trading domain.
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience in team management.
