Job Description
A customer-facing role spanning sales, delivery, and product. You'll spend time with large pharmas and leading biotechs to deploy Capsule AI, and partner with leading Silicon Valley AI engineers to build the next product. The weighting between the three areas flexes to your strengths.
We're looking for someone who's spent time in or around pharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting or investing and seen the problems firsthand. You should be using LLMs in your own work and curious about where the industry is going.
Your role will be customer-facing and directly scaling the business. You'll work directly with the cofounders and GTM lead.
What you'll do
- Drive new business: generate pipeline, run discovery, and scope new deals.
- Lead customer engagements post-sale: configure Capsule to fit each team's workflows and make sure they get value from it.
- Help prioritize what we build next based on what you hear from customers.
- Work with engineers to build out the platform and workflows.

- 2+ years in a customer-facing, delivery, consulting, or product-adjacent role — likely in life sciences consulting, pharma/biotech, vertical SaaS selling into life sciences, life sciences investment banking, or a similar path.
- Life sciences fluency, or a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on a complex industry.
- Strong communication and executive presence.
- A builder's mindset: when you see a gap, you figure out how to fix it rather than wait for permission.
- AI-native — you use AI tools daily to research, draft, and compound your output, and you're excited to sell and deploy AI.
- Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and start-up pace.
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup.
- Exposure to competitive intelligence, market research, commercial, medical affairs, or BD workflows.
- Degree in a life sciences domain.
