We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition and onboarding activities. This role is responsible for managing interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer coordination, and pre-employment onboarding activities for candidates ranging from Associate to Director level.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional scheduling, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination (65%)
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for Associate through Director-level candidates.
- Manage complex interview calendars across multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Coordinate multiple interview rounds while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
- Own and manage the scheduling lifecycle from interview request through completion.
Onboarding Support (35%)

- Draft and distribute offer letters.
- Send onboarding documentation and collect required pre-employment paperwork.
- Submit requests for equipment, relocation support, and onboarding-related services.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of pre-employment activities.
- Transition new hires to the HR onboarding team upon completion of onboarding requirements.
Daily Operations
- Manage requests received through a shared Talent Acquisition mailbox.
- Prioritize and execute assigned requests from team leadership.
- Support an average workload of 10+ recruiting requests per day.
- Meet service-level expectations and ensure requests received before 3:00 PM are actively worked the same business day.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or HR Coordinator experience.
- Strong experience scheduling interviews across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Outlook and calendar management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
