About The Role

As a .Net/C# Developer at Gainwell Technologies, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-level healthcare solutions. You will work remotely within the United States, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative applications that address some of healthcare’s most pressing challenges. Your expertise will contribute to the full product development lifecycle, including complex system design, bug verification, system analysis, and release testing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to advance your technical skills while making a tangible difference in community health initiatives. You will serve as a subject matter expert on product systems, network architecture, and emerging market developments, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design and support within enterprise environments
• Proficiency in C# and .NET framework
• Experience working with relational databases and data manipulation
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, SaaS, and platform configurations
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and architecture principles
• Experience with event-driven communication and module integration
• Ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and take ownership of tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve ambiguous issues
• Health and human services industry experience preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed (0-10%)

Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise healthcare products using .NET and C# technologies
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment
