Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong timing, pacing, and visual storytelling, including reels-style cuts, product highlights, and cinematic B-roll sequences
Translate briefs into motion concepts, styleframes, and storyboards that reflect current trends, aesthetic direction, and brand identity
Enhance visuals through color styling, sound syncing, masking, tracking, finishing techniques, and other modern post-production workflows
Incorporate feedback and changes as needed, ensuring designs meet project objectives

We're seeking a modern, trend-forward Motion Graphic Designer to join our team and produce dynamic, visually compelling content. You'll work on a mix of short-form edits, motion graphics, animations, and aesthetic brand videos that will help elevate our digital presence.
What you'll do:
- Modern Motion Execution: Create dynamic motion content using contemporary techniques such as speed ramping, smooth transitions, match cuts, and rhythmic pacing to deliver visually engaging outputs.
- Motion Graphics Production: Design and animate clean, modern 2D graphics, kinetic typography, logo reveals, and branded motion assets for digital and social platforms.
- Cinematic Video Editing: Edit short-form and long-form videos with strong timing, pacing, and visual storytelling, including reels-style cuts, product highlights, and cinematic B-roll sequences.
- Visual Concept Development: Translate briefs into motion concepts, styleframes, and storyboards that reflect current trends, aesthetic direction, and brand identity.
- Post-Production Enhancement: Enhance visuals through color styling, sound syncing, masking, tracking, finishing techniques, and other modern post-production workflows.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback and changes as needed, ensuring designs meet project objectives.
- Software Proficiency: Expertly use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and contemporary motion design workflows.
- 4-6+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or modern video editing
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful 2D motion graphics and brand videos
- Proficient with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- Familiarity with modern motion workflows such as 3D tools (Blender/C4D), advanced rendering (Redshift/Octane), color grading (DaVinci Resolve), or web/app animations (Lottie/Rive)
- Strong sense of timing, rhythm, pacing, and visual flow
- Has a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- With excellent communication and time management skills.
