We’re seeking a dedicated and personable full-time Automation Engineer to support and enhance our internal business operations through automation.
This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in programming who wants to apply their technical skills to real-world systems, APIs, and business processes.
You’ll receive structured onboarding and mentorship from senior engineers, with a clear learning path toward becoming fully independent. From the beginning, you’ll be involved in both building new automations and maintaining existing systems.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Practical knowledge of JavaScript, Python, and SQL
- Experience working with low-code automation tools (e.g. Zapier)
- Experience integrating APIs (Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, Google services, CRMs, Slack)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and take ownership
- Structured, analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Educational background in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or similar

Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or BigQuery
- Familiarity with Git / GitHub

- Understanding of digital marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion rate)
- Exposure to automation in agencies, SaaS, or data-heavy environments
- Familiarity with multi-agent or tool-calling LLM architectures
