Act as central point of contact between Global Retention team and various internal/external teams
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for CRM initiatives
Monitor progress of project delivery and proactively address risks or delays
Oversee and coordinate production of email development with offshore agency
Coordinate QA process with internal team
Set up first draft of SMS marketing and Push Notifications and usher through QA process
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in project execution

CRM Project Manager

100% Remote or Colorado

(No C2C or 1099)


Act as a central point of contact between the Global Retention team and various internal/external teams such as other cross-functional departments and external creative and development partners. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules for CRM initiatives. Monitor progress of project delivery and proactively address risks or delays to ensure timely delivery. Oversee and coordinate the production of email development with the offshore agency, ensuring that timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate QA process with internal team. Set up first draft of SMS marketing and Push Notifications and usher through QA process. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in project execution.


BS or BA in business, merchandising, marketing or related field – or equivalent years of relevant and related experience. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing project management or similar role. Strong understanding of key retention marketing channels (email, SMS) with knowledge of best practices.Familiarity with project management software like JIRA and Figma. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Attentive, and OneSignal. •Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects & leverage internal feedback to improve project execution.
