⟢ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze financial data and create detailed reports on the company’s performance.
- Develop financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations on financial performance and business trends.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against forecasts and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in evaluating investment opportunities, cost reduction strategies, and process improvements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree or certification is a plus).
- Power BI /Tableau or other data visualization.
- SQL/R/Python or other programming/data science experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Previous audit experience with Big 4 is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
