Relocation Support Available


We are looking for an Admin HR , is responsible for supporting daily administrative and human resources operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring efficient office management. This role also provides support for basic accounting-related tasks, including document management, administrative expense tracking, vendor payment coordination, and assisting the Accounting team with relevant administrative processes. The position plays an important role in ensuring smooth internal operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and maintain employee attendance records and timesheets accurately and on time.
  • Support basic accounting operations, including data entry into accounting systems, preparing invoices, payment vouchers,
  • and receipt documents.
  • Maintain, organize, and monitor accounting-related documents and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handle payment requests from internal departments and coordinate the approval process in accordance with company procedures.
  • Reconcile transactions and supporting documents with the Accounting team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and track company income and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and financial control.
  • Procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessary resources to support daily office operations.
  • Coordinate and arrange external services required for business operations as assigned by management.
  • Support the organization of company events, meetings, conferences, and special projects when required.
  • Collaborate with project members and stakeholders to ensure tasks, deadlines, and documentation are completed according to schedule.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone calls, or in-person meetings when necessary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure information, requests, and operational requirements are communicated and executed effectively.


Requirements


  • College degree or above; candidates with certifications or educational backgrounds in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to work with accounting software and financial documentation.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to source services and obtain competitive pricing from suppliers and business partners.
  • Good time management, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese; basic English communication skills are required.
  • High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in Administration, Executive Assistant, Office Support, Accounting Assistant, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
