Key Responsibilities
Candidate Support & Communication
- Conducts consultations with candidates regarding relocation process, timelines, and benefits.
- Maintains regular communication and provides support until arrival.
- Arranges travel and accommodation according to company policy.
- Confirms travel and housing details and provides pre-arrival guidance.
- Coordinates arrival logistics and accommodation check-in.
- Assists with local registration, banking, insurance, and onboarding activities.
- Coordinates relocation vendors and assigns cases.
- Monitors service quality, resolves issues, and supports invoice and contract management.

- Collects, verifies, and maintains relocation-related documentation.
- Prepares reports, coordinates relocation activities, and escalates process-related challenges when needed.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
- Reports to the Team Leader HR Business Partners.
- Collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Professional experience in the HR field or administrative processes
- Excellent level of proficiency in English and/or a second foreign language and Bulgarian (written and spoken) - minimum level B2 based on Common European Framework
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in computer use - excellent command of MS Office and Google Suite;
- Experience with HR-related software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
