Relocation Coordinator

TELUS Digital Bulgaria is looking for passionate Relocation Coordinator to join our HR Team in Plovdiv - get the job you will enjoy!

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Support & Communication

• Conducts consultations with candidates regarding relocation process, timelines, and benefits.
• Maintains regular communication and provides support until arrival.
  
  

Relocation & Pre-arrival Coordination

• Arranges travel and accommodation according to company policy.
• Confirms travel and housing details and provides pre-arrival guidance.
  
  

Arrival & Integration Support

• Coordinates arrival logistics and accommodation check-in.
• Assists with local registration, banking, insurance, and onboarding activities.
  
  

Vendor Management

• Coordinates relocation vendors and assigns cases.
• Monitors service quality, resolves issues, and supports invoice and contract management.
  
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Collects, verifies, and maintains relocation-related documentation.
• Prepares reports, coordinates relocation activities, and escalates process-related challenges when needed.
  
  

Administrative Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with company policies and internal procedures.
  
  

Reporting & Collaboration

• Reports to the Team Leader HR Business Partners.
• Collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams.
  
  

Requirements:

• Professional experience in the HR field or administrative processes
• Excellent level of proficiency in English and/or a second foreign language and Bulgarian (written and spoken) - minimum level B2 based on Common European Framework
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in computer use - excellent command of MS Office and Google Suite;
• Experience with HR-related software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
