A venture-backed software company is seeking Senior Software Engineers to join a highly selective engineering team.

The business is building AI-powered software used by leading consulting firms, private equity funds and investment organisations to improve complex analytical workflows.

The company has achieved exceptional early commercial traction and attracted backing from leading investors. Engineers are given significant ownership and the opportunity to contribute across the entire stack.

Responsibilities include:

• Building AI software that helps professionals perform complex analytical work

• Working across the full stack, from Rust services and infrastructure to React interfaces

• Developing and refining AI-powered workflows, agents and internal tooling

• Solving performance, scalability and reliability challenges across the platform

• Owning features end-to-end, from idea through to deployment and iteration

Engineers are encouraged to move between product, platform, AI and performance engineering rather than operating within a narrow specialism.

The team is particularly interested in candidates from technically demanding environments, including top trading firms, leading AI companies and elite startups, as well as individuals with a strong track record in competitive programming (Olympiad, ICPC, etc.).
