The role

Turning Passion into Purpose to working in the Digital team at an exciting time for the university and we start adopting Ai and Agentic Ai tools, and find innovative ways of solving problems in both the student journey and business functional areas.

About You

We’re looking for a dynamic candidate who has passion for Ai and digital innovation who brings a strong mix of technical ability, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to user and student engagement — someone who can help deliver the full value of digital and Ai innovation to users across the university both students and delivery teams.

The ideal candidate should be business curious as we believe great Digital Business Analysts don’t just gather requirements but challenge the processes.

What You Should Bring

The ideal candidate will be:

• Business Curiosity Extensive experience working with business teams, not just gathering requirements but being curious about the processes that underpin them.
• A proven track record of liaising with business teams, finding the right innovative solutions being able to spot inefficiencies and eliminating manual workarounds.
• The confidence to bring to life user journeys through innovative thinking and technologies.
• The ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have a strong delivery focus
  
  

The ideal candidate will have worked in a fast paced environment where the need for efficiency and innovation is critical to delivering the best outcomes for users .
