Role Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and visionary Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale our revenue function. The CRO will own the full revenue lifecycle — from demand generation and sales to account management and strategic partnerships — and will be a key member of the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and execute the company’s overall revenue strategy aligned with business growth targets
• Lead, mentor, and scale the sales, business development, and customer success teams
• Drive new customer acquisition across B2B, enterprise, and/or government segments in the energy sector
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting to the CEO/Board
• Develop pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and revenue models for new and existing products/services
• Forge strategic partnerships with utilities, energy firms, distributors, and institutional clients
• Align revenue operations with marketing, product, and finance teams
• Establish KPIs, OKRs, and revenue dashboards to track performance and accountability
• Represent the company in client-facing executive meetings, industry conferences, and investor conversations
Requirements
• 25+ years of progressive experience in sales or commercial leadership roles
• Minimum 10-15 years in a senior revenue leadership position (VP Sales, CRO, or equivalent)

• Strong experience with B2B enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures

• Experience working with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot) and revenue analytics tools
