Business Analyst

100% Remote

The Business Analyst will work as a part of a multi-stakeholder team to develop concepts, including financial models, to take to market. Given the positioning of the team in the product lifecycle, the Business Analyst will also carefully consider a learning agenda associated with the desirability, feasibility, and viability, of the emerging solution. The role will work closely with behavioral strategy, operations, and IT teams to manage development and requirements development. This role will be an individual contributor.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously maintain a deep understanding, and associated action to support product viability, of the behavioral landscape and disruptive market forces as it pertains to aligned products
  • Project capability requirements to support competitive product positioning and actively participate in the documentation of requirements for scalable development
  • Maintain all applicable documentation needed to operationalize aligned product including, but not limited to, multi-stakeholder journey maps, requirements, cost of goods sold, financial projections
  • Foster a product management skillset of managing a product through its lifecycle, implementing best practices in the research & development phase of the product lifecycle that focus on demonstrating business value and opportunity to generate earnings
  • Develop and maintain product scorecard(s) with qualitative and quantitative measures
  • Represent aligned product to internal stakeholders and in the marketplace
  • Effectively participate in, and contributes to, staff meetings, committees and departmental work groups to share best practices, improve processes, and/or other items
  • Participate and contribute to formal and informal training programs and professional development activities
  • Build constructive and effective relationships across the company. Shares ideas across teams and influences go to market strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years experience within the healthcare industry.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in reporting and data analysis. Health Data experience preferred.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in developing workflows.
  • Proven experience in interpreting and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Product experience preferred, but not required.
  • Case Management and or clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to present technical information to a varied audience and lead meetings when necessary.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results with strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • Team player with ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.
