Title: Remote Construction Recruiter

Location: Fully remote - must work Eastern time

Pay range: 28-36/hr


Job Description


Insight Global is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their customers growing Talent Acquisition team. The right individual will possess a minimum of three years of corporate recruiting experience and have spent recent time supporting construction customers. This person should come from a background recruiting roles for construction, telecom construction, or other labor intensive companies. They will manage anywhere between 30-50 reqs at a given time and should possess the ability to prioritize accordingly. The right candidate will come with experience utilizing LinkedIn recruiter and Indeed to source talent and should have proven experience building relationships with hiring managers.


Required Skills & Experience


- 3 years minimum of agency recruiting experience - Relevant industry experience - construction, telecom construction, utility construction, engineering, etc. (lineman, field engineers, - Bachelors Degree - Proven experience managing high volume req load - Desire to interface and build relationships with hiring managers - High level soft skills, written and verbal communication skills, and customer facing personality - Experience building talent pipelines


Nice to Have Skills & Experience


Agency background prior to corporate SAP Success Factors Exposure to AI in recruiting role - tech savvy


Compensation:

$28/hr to $36/hr.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
