We are not a branding agency. We are not a "pretty ads" agency. We are a performance creative machine. We're looking for an Ad Designer who's built real volume for eCommerce brands, can move fast across multiple accounts at once and is obsessive about their craft, always hunting for ways to improve their win rate.
What You Will Be Responsible For
You'll design high-volume static ad creative across 8-10 eCommerce brands, working closely with strategists and media buyers to feed the testing machine.
That includes:
- Turning briefs into scroll-stopping statics fast, without needing every detail spelled out.
- Designing creative that's built to perform: clear hierarchy, instant readability, a hook that lands in a fraction of a second, and a reason to stop scrolling.
- Working across multiple brands at once while holding each brand's look and standard.
- Pushing the limits of what's possible with AI image and editing tools to produce more, better, faster than a traditional designer.
- Producing iteration variants on winning concepts quickly so we can scale what works.
- Going the extra mile. When you see a sharper execution than the brief asked for, you build it and put it forward.

- You've designed static ad creative for e-commerce brands, ideally several at once.
- You're obsessive about your craft. You study what's working, you sweat the details, and you're never satisfied that a design can't be better.
- You're performance-first. You care whether an ad converts, not just whether it looks good.
- You have strong design fundamentals: composition, hierarchy, type, and readability on a small screen.
- You understand what makes a feed ad stop the scroll and you can do it on demand.
- You move fast across multiple brands without dropping quality.
- You treat AI tools as a core part of your craft and you're already ahead of most designers on what they can do.
- You take feedback well and you're not precious about your work.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years designing static paid social ad creative, with e-commerce experience.
- Proven ability to handle multiple brands or clients at once without quality slipping.
- Strong static design skills with a sharp eye for layout, type, and hierarchy.
- Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and evidence you push them hard.
- A portfolio of static ad creative, ideally with performance results attached.
- Available as a permanent, full-time employee, self-managed and remote-ready.
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked inside a paid social testing process before.
- Understand performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and thumb-stop rate, and use them to guide design.
- Have used tools like Foreplay, Motion, Atria, CreativeOS, Midjourney, or similar.
- Want to grow into a senior creative or art direction role.
