Job Description
Foundation Partners Group operates a national network of funeral home and cemetery partners, supporting families during some of life’s most meaningful and sensitive moments. Our marketing and design work must balance brand consistency, clarity, warmth, and emotional care across both print and digital touchpoints.
Role Overview
Foundation Partners Group is seeking a temporary, contract Graphic Designer / Production Artist to support the Marketing team with print and digital design needs. This role is ideal for a highly organized, hands-on designer who is fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, comfortable managing production details, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
This is a temporary, contract, fully remote position requiring approximately 5–10 hours per week working East Coast hours.
The designer will support a variety of marketing, brand, and location-level design requests, including print collateral, digital assets, templates, presentation materials, web graphics, and production-ready files. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive approach to asking questions, identifying issues, and bringing forward design solutions.
What You Will Do
- Design and produce print and digital assets for Foundation Partners Group and its funeral home and cemetery locations.
- Create marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, email graphics, web assets, signage, templates, and other branded collateral.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital use, including proper formatting, bleeds, color settings, image resolution, and file organization.
- Adapt existing brand standards and templates while maintaining consistency across multiple locations and use cases.
- Support in-home and location-level materials such as service programs, memorial booklets, tribute materials, selection guides, signage, and related collateral as needed.
- Manage multiple small design requests at once, prioritizing work based on deadlines and business needs.
- Receive and interpret feedback from marketing stakeholders, location teams, and vendors.
- Review final designs carefully for errors before printing, publishing, or sharing.
- Organize source files, exports, and design assets in a clean and consistent manner.
- Proactively ask clarifying questions when project direction is incomplete.
- Bring ideas and recommendations to the table, rather than waiting for fully prescribed instructions.
- Work independently with a high degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
