Landing Page Expert (AI-Powered Direct Response)
Location: Remote (European timezone or compatible time zone preferred)
Reports to: Jem Bourouh, CEO of Adcubator FZCO
I run Adcubator, a Dubai-based Google Ads agency managing nine figures of annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce clients. Every dollar we spend on ads drives traffic somewhere — and that somewhere needs to convert. Advertorials, listicles, comparison pages, product pages. These aren’t just “landing pages.” They’re the bridge between the click and the sale.
We’ve built an AI-powered system (Forge + Claude + Manus) that generates these pages at scale. But the system needs a leader — someone who owns the entire landing page initiative from strategy to output. Someone who understands direct-response copy at a deep level, has already built pages with AI tools like Manus and Claude, and knows exactly what makes a comparison page on Google print money versus waste budget.
You’ll lead the process. You’ll define the angles, choose the awareness levels, write the briefs, generate the pages, QA the output, and iterate based on performance. You’re not waiting for someone to hand you a spec — you’re the one deciding what gets built and why.

Set up and maintain a production calendar — which brands need pages, what angles to test, what’s in the pipeline
Coordinate with media buyers to align page strategy with campaign objectives and audience segments
Report on page performance and make data-driven decisions about what to iterate, kill, or scale
Build pages with AI tools (daily)Use Manus and Claude to generate advertorials, listicles, and comparison pages at scale
Operate Adcubator Forge (our internal AI page builder) to produce page variants rapidly
Prompt engineer: write and refine prompts that produce consistent, high-quality copy and page structures
Edit and elevate AI output — the AI gets you 80%, you bring it to 100%
Produce multiple page variants per day across multiple brands and campaigns
Write and refine direct-response copyWrite high-converting copy for advertorials, listicles, and comparison pages — or direct AI to write it at your quality standard
Apply Schwartz awareness levels to match copy sophistication to audience temperature
Craft hooks, headlines, leads, body copy, CTAs, and social proof sections that move people to buy
Develop and maintain a swipe file of winning angles, hooks, and page structures across all clients
Understand the difference between a comparison page that ranks and converts on Google versus one that just sits there

Research and strategyResearch competitor landing pages, advertorials, and funnels to identify what’s working in the market
Mine customer reviews, Reddit threads, and forums for real language, objections, and desires
Develop customer avatars and emotional angle maps for each brand
Test different page structures and copy approaches — measure, learn, iterate
Stay current on DR copywriting trends, AI tools, and conversion optimization best practices
Quality and processQA every page before it ships: accuracy, persuasion quality, visual hierarchy, CTA clarity, mobile responsiveness
Build and maintain SOPs for the landing page production workflow
Train team members on AI tools, copy frameworks, and quality standards
Maintain a feedback loop between page performance data and production decisions
What you bring (Hard Requirements)Experience building pages with Manus and/or ClaudeThis is non-negotiable.
You’ve already used AI tools like Manus or Claude to build landing pages. Not just “tried it once” — you’ve developed a workflow around it. You know how to prompt, iterate, and produce quality pages with these tools.
Deep knowledge of comparison pages on GoogleYou know what a comparison page is, why it works for high-intent Google Ads traffic, how to structure one, and what makes the difference between a page that converts at 8% versus 2%. This is urgent — we need this expertise immediately.
Advertorial and listicle expertiseYou’ve written or produced advertorials and listicles that have run with paid traffic behind them. You understand the formats, the psychology, and the structural differences between them.
Direct-response copywritingYou understand awareness levels (Schwartz), emotional triggers, headline formulas, story leads, and the mechanics of persuasion. You’ve written copy that has made money.
E-commerce/DTC experienceYou’ve worked with e-commerce brands. You understand the customer journey from ad to purchase. You know what a cold audience needs versus a warm one.
Speed + volumeYou can produce. Multiple page variants per day across multiple brands. You don’t overthink — you execute, review, ship, iterate.
Leadership and initiativeYou don’t wait to be told what to do. You see what’s needed, propose the plan, and execute. You own the outcome, not just the output.

What I’m not looking forA content writer who writes blog posts. A designer who wants to push pixels in Figma. Someone who can only write one page per day because they need to “get in the zone.” Someone who’s never heard of a comparison page or thinks an advertorial is just a long blog post.
If you haven’t built pages with AI tools before, this isn’t the role. If you don’t know what a listicle is or why it converts differently than an advertorial, this isn’t the role. If you need someone to tell you exactly what to write every time, this isn’t the role.
