Job Description

Tandemi is a small indie game studio focused on cooperative games mixing joy and fright! Our small and scrappy team has worked all over the industry (Pixar, Bungie, Blizzard, Riot Games, WorldWalker, ArenaNet). Our first title “Begone Beast” is an online co-op action game for 1-4 players. We are re-imagining Left-4-Dead as if it were made by Nintendo.

We are searching for a Community & Marketing Content Manager to capture the spooky charm of our game and present it in the most impactful fun ways through comms and content. This is a wide-ranging role where you'll have impact in a lot of areas (given our small team size). That said, we understand no-one can do everything at once and we work together to scope and prioritize.

With your help we want to find resourceful ways to maximize the reach of our marketing campaigns, extend the impact of big beats like trailers, and highlight our unique gameplay experience. You’d also be managing our discord and ensuring our players are heard and advocated for.

We are a fully remote studio working primarily over Discord. Our hours are flexible and your schedule is yours to manage. We just ultimately want to open channels to our players, learn what makes them most excited, and foster a long-term wholesome community around Begone Beast as it enters Steam Early Access (and for yearsto come!).
