Senior HRIS Business Systems Analyst (Oracle HCM)

We're looking for an experienced Senior HRIS Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in transforming the employee experience through technology, process improvement, and enterprise HR systems.

This is a highly visible position that partners closely with HR, Finance, business leaders, and IT to drive strategic initiatives across the entire Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. You'll serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value while improving operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead HR Technology Initiatives

  • Partner with HR, Finance, operational leaders, and IT teams to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
  • Support strategic planning, business case development, and prioritization of technology initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Drive Business Process Improvement

  • Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document complex business needs.
  • Create process maps, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across enterprise HR operations.

Support Enterprise HR Systems

  • Lead analysis and enhancement efforts across the full employee lifecycle, including:
  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Workforce administration
  • Time and attendance
  • Payroll
  • Benefits administration
  • Learning and development
  • Employee offboarding
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure systems support business objectives, compliance requirements, and an exceptional user experience.

Testing, Deployment & Change Management

  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to validate business requirements and system functionality.
  • Support deployment readiness, stakeholder communications, and end-user adoption.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement.

Mentor & Collaborate

  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and new team members.
  • Partner with training teams to develop user documentation and training materials.
  • Promote best practices in business analysis, testing, and solution delivery.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong experience supporting HR technology and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Experience with UKG/Kronos and ADP platforms or integrations.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance, data privacy, and workforce management processes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise system implementations.
  • Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
