Experience in a marketing position within Crypto or Web3 is a must.

A high-performing, crypto-native startup is seeking a Marketing Lead to take ownership of its brand narrative, social presence, and audience engagement. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking strategically while remaining deeply hands-on, creating research-driven, insight-led content that resonates with the crypto community.

You'll sit at the intersection of content, community, and strategy, leading the company's voice across social channels and helping shape conversations in real time.

The Role

• Own and evolve the company’s narrative, positioning, and brand voice
• Lead and grow the company’s presence across Twitter/X and LinkedIn
• Create high-impact content, including threads, posts, and visual assets
• Partner closely with the founders to strengthen their public profiles and thought leadership
• Build relationships with key voices, communities, and stakeholders across the crypto ecosystem
• Identify emerging trends, react quickly to market developments, and help shape industry conversations
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise content and engagement strategies

Ideal Profile

• Exceptional writing skills with strong storytelling and communication abilities
• Deep understanding of social platforms, online communities, and internet culture
• Proven experience growing social accounts, building audiences, or driving engagement
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach
• Previous marketing experience within a crypto or Web3 company
