🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead creative design initiatives, manage design teams, and ensure consistent visual excellence across all brand materials. The ideal candidate will oversee creative projects, develop design strategies, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative design strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals

• Lead, mentor, and manage graphic designers, creative teams, and external design partners

• Oversee the creation of digital and print design assets including marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, campaigns, and brand collateral

• Establish and maintain brand guidelines, visual standards, and creative quality frameworks

• Manage creative workflows, project timelines, priorities, and resource allocation

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to deliver effective visual solutions

• Review and provide creative direction on design concepts, layouts, and final deliverables

• Ensure consistency of brand identity across websites, social media, advertising, and corporate materials

• Stay updated on design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices

• Prepare creative performance reports, project updates, and recommendations for leadership

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, creative direction, or related roles

• 2+ years of experience managing design teams, creative projects, or brand design functions preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, marketing materials, and visual communication

• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding principles, and user-focused design

• Excellent creative leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines effectively

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
