A hands-on, technical product leader who builds new products on top of deep, already-integrated infrastructure โ owning the full arc from idea to MVP to production to $1M+ ARR, then doing it again. Roughly 70โ80% strategy, customer work, and roadmap; 20โ30% execution. Reports directly to the CEO and works daily with Product Analysts, Account Executives, and engineers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define what gets built โ synthesize customer, sales, and market signals into product direction, sequencing, and โwhy now.โ
- Lead cross-functional execution from requirements through scoping, QA, launch, and customer rollout.
- Go deep with customers to understand workflows, uncover unmet needs, and shape products people will pay for.
- Set and drive the roadmap across a portfolio of products; prioritize ruthlessly.
