🎯 The Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee IT infrastructure operations, cloud environments, network services, and technology platforms. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure teams, ensure system reliability and security, optimize performance, and support the organization's technology strategy.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business and technology objectives

• Lead and manage infrastructure teams responsible for servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, and related systems

• Oversee the design, deployment, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure environments

• Ensure high availability, reliability, scalability, and performance of critical technology systems

• Manage cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms, data center resources, and hybrid environments

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, operations, and application teams to support business initiatives

• Establish infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and operational best practices

• Monitor system performance, capacity utilization, security risks, and infrastructure health metrics

• Manage incident response, disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity requirements

• Oversee vendor relationships, technology procurement, budgets, and infrastructure projects

• Prepare infrastructure reports, operational dashboards, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network management, cloud operations, or related roles

• 2+ years of experience managing infrastructure teams, technical operations, or enterprise technology environments preferred

• Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, networking, virtualization, storage systems, and cloud platforms

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, disaster recovery, backup solutions, and infrastructure governance

• Experience with monitoring tools, automation technologies, and infrastructure management platforms

• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills

• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent are advantageous

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
