Remote Network Engineer - Day 2 Operations

Job Description:

We are partnering with a large, well-established Managed Services Provider (MSP) seeking a Network Engineer to support a diverse portfolio of clients across mid-market and enterprise environments. This will be a 100% remote role working PST hours.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work, solving complex networking challenges, and supporting production environments post-implementation. You’ll play a key role in day 2 operations, ensuring performance, stability, and continuous improvement across multiple customer networks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide operational (day 2) network support across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to routing, switching, and security
• Support and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on incident resolution and ongoing improvements
• Assist with post-implementation support following network deployments

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Hands on experience with
• Cisco (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Aruba switches
• Check Point firewalls
• Strong communication – able to be client facing

Nice to Have:

• CCNP
• Managed Services background
• ServiceNow ticketing system experience

Compensation:

$70,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary (with a 10% bonus)
