Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Machine Learning Engineer/Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. You will work on developing high-throughput, low-latency ML systems that impact millions of users daily. Our ecosystem is fully distributed and microservice-structured, hosted on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize large-scale machine learning solutions.
- Design and implement ML applications while maintaining high coding standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain FastAPI-based ML services and REST APIs for production environments.
- Enhance NLP systems for product matching, deduplication, and entity resolution using BERT, Sentence-Transformers, etc.
- Improve visual transformer-based image search and deduplication systems with OpenCV, CLIP, and Milvus.
- Monitor and track model performance using the ELK stack and take necessary actions.
- Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Design and conduct experiments to evaluate and optimize ML models.
- Contribute to R&D projects, technical documentation, and project deliverables including architecture documents, technical reports, and research outputs.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ Years Experience in Machine Learning/Data Science
- Experience in building NLP solutions in fields like product matching, classification, search, or recommendation.
- Proficiency in Python and NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with data science libraries (Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas) and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience in MLOps, including Feature Store, Model Serving design, and operations.
- Experience in backend service development and REST API design using Python frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Strong foundation in computer science and statistics.
