About The Role

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Health Choice Network. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from conceptualization to execution across digital, web, and print media. The ideal candidate will possess strong software proficiency and web design skills, with the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop materials that effectively communicate our brand message and support organizational goals. This position is perfect for a creative individual looking to grow their portfolio and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will be involved in brainstorming sessions, collaborate on innovative ideas, and contribute to the visual storytelling that supports our community health initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internship and freelance experience considered)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience with web design tools such as Wix EditorX, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sense, web design skills, and attention to detail across digital and print media
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and incorporate feedback effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Design and produce graphic materials for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and online marketing tools
