We are seeking a talented and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote marketing team. Position Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. You will work closely with content creators, designers, and other marketing professionals to increase website traffic, generate leads, improve customer engagement, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Plan and execute search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
  • Create and coordinate email marketing campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging blog posts, landing pages, newsletters, and promotional content.
  • Analyze website traffic using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Google Workspace
  • WordPress or other CMS platforms

  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar)
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital media, technology, or marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and marketing automation.
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Meta Blueprint certifications are advantageous.
