Fully Remote (UK-based)
£30,000 to £35,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

The Role
This is a hands-on Campaign Executive position where you’ll be building and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business growth.
You’ll be working closely with sales and commercial teams, as well as external agencies, taking responsibility for campaign setup, execution and optimisation.
- Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot, including email, workflows and lead nurture journeys
- Use Clay and similar tools to support data enrichment, targeting and campaign delivery
- Work with commercial teams to ensure campaigns generate consistent, high-quality pipeline
- Monitor performance, track KPIs and continuously optimise campaigns based on results
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and ensure campaign activity is properly tracked
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on time

What we’re looking for
- Around 2 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign-focused role
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, particularly in campaign execution and automation
- Experience using Clay (or similar tools) for data enrichment and targeting is highly desirable
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
- Confident working closely with sales or commercial teams
Nice to have
Any exposure to supply chain, B2B tech or SaaS environments would be a big advantage, but not essential
