We are looking for a hands-on AI Architect to define how artificial intelligence is built, secured, and deployed inside modern enterprise organizations. This is not a strategy-only role—you will design production-ready AI architectures, build high-impact proof-of-concepts, and guide cross-functional delivery teams across fintech, healthcare, SaaS, and PE-backed portfolios. If you thrive on moving AI from raw experimentation to scalable, governed enterprise adoption across US and European markets, this is your next challenge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architecting AI Integration: Define production-ready integration architectures, agentic workflows, RAG systems, and AI-assisted delivery pipelines tailored to real-world engineering environments.
• Hands-on Validation: Build robust proof-of-concepts (POCs) demonstrating measurable impact on accuracy, efficiency, and cost to earn immediate trust with technical stakeholders.
• Technical Governance: Establish prompt governance models, evaluation frameworks, integration patterns, hallucination mitigation strategies, and reusable reference playbooks.
• Pre-Sales & Workshops: Lead technical workshops during pre-sales phases to validate feasibility, scope client maturity (CI/CD, testing, AI readiness), and design practical adoption strategies.
• Delivery Oversight: Provide hands-on technical guidance, mentor senior engineers, and steer active engineering engagements across multiple client portfolios simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For:

• Architect (10+ years) with a heavy background in software engineering, distributed systems architecture, or enterprise-level technical consulting.
• A proven track record of successfully shipping and productionizing real-world AI systems, not just studying them.
• A pragmatic architect who thinks strictly in structural trade-offs rather than specific tools, possessing strong judgment on when not to use AI.
• An exceptional consultant equally comfortable whiteboarding/defending architectures to a CTO and debugging a failing POC alongside delivery teams.

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years in software, architecture, engineering, or technical consulting
• Proven experience with the delivery of AI systems in production environments.
• Deep mastery of LLM integration patterns: RAG, tool use, function calling, and agent orchestration.
• Solid foundation in distributed systems, API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), CI/CD pipelines (DORA metrics), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Strong client-facing experience within regulated markets (fintech, healthcare, financial services) across US and European timezones.
• Fluent English for daily high-level stakeholder and engineering collaboration.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with advanced LLM evaluation and observability frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, Braintrust, or custom infrastructure solutions).
• Expertise in prompt architecture, governance, versioning, and human-in-the-loop design at scale.
• Experience building repeatable AI playbooks and reusable reference architectures across multi-client portfolios.
