Key Responsibilities
Support global recruitment across engineering, data, AI, product, finance, operations, research, and internship roles
Partner with the Global Hiring Manager and hiring teams to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, candidate profiles, interview plans, and timeline expectations
Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job boards, referrals, communities, university channels, and approved recruiting platforms
Review resumes, screen candidates, assess role fit, and prepare candidate shortlists for hiring managers
Conduct initial recruiter screens to evaluate candidate background, motivation, communication skills, availability, compensation expectations, and remote work readiness
Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, feedback collection, assessment steps, and next-stage decisions
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting trackers, pipeline reports, interview notes, and status updates
Help write, edit, and publish clear, compliant, and candidate-friendly job descriptions
Support employer branding through professional candidate communication and consistent representation of Finstock’s mission, culture, and hiring standards
Track recruiting metrics such as pipeline volume, source effectiveness, response rate, interview conversion, time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring progress
Support hiring operations for remote roles, global applicants, contractor roles, internships, and full-time positions
Help improve recruiting workflows, interview templates, assessment processes, candidate experience, and hiring documentation
Coordinate with business operations, finance, legal, and hiring teams when needed for offer preparation, onboarding readiness, and engagement requirements
Maintain confidentiality of candidate information, internal hiring plans, compensation details, interview feedback, and company materials
Follow internal recruiting guidelines, data-handling standards, approval workflows, and professional communication expectations

About the Role

We are hiring a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to support Finstock’s global recruiting efforts across technical, analytical, finance, operations, and early-career roles.

In this role, you will partner with the Global Hiring Manager and hiring teams to source candidates, manage recruiting pipelines, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, support candidate communications, maintain recruiting records, and improve the hiring process.

This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in the United States. Candidates in other countries may be considered where Finstock, Inc. is able to engage them in compliance with applicable employment, tax, data protection, and operational requirements.

This role does not involve charging applicants any fees, selling training programs, requesting candidate payments, or making employment guarantees outside the company’s formal hiring process.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, HR coordination, recruiting operations, or a related people operations role.
- Experience sourcing and screening candidates for remote or distributed teams.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong candidate management skills, including professional outreach, follow-up, scheduling, and feedback coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, candidate pipelines, deadlines, and hiring manager expectations.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting workflows, job boards, applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and structured recruiting trackers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, status updates, and recruiting reports.
- Ability to evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements, skills, experience, communication quality, and availability.
- Comfortable working remotely with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Microsoft 365, shared files, and recruiting tools.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality when handling candidate and company information.
- Ability to work independently while following Global Hiring Manager instructions, hiring priorities, templates, and review cycles.
- Ability to work remotely in compliance with applicable laws and eligibility requirements.
