This is a hands-on marketing role focused on execution, testing, and optimization, reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing.

You’ll work across campaigns and channels—helping improve performance across acquisition, conversion, and engagement—while partnering closely with Brand, Editorial, and Product.

This is not a strategy-only role. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being in the work.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Apply segmentation and targeting strategies across campaigns
  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve performance
  • Support execution of lifecycle and email marketing programs
  • Improve email performance (engagement, CTR, conversion)
  • Manage social campaigns and content distribution

📈 What Success Looks Like

  • Growth in registrations, audience, and engagement
  • Improved conversion rates across campaigns and channels
  • Measurable improvements in conversion rates
  • Consistent, high-quality campaign execution

  • 👤 Who You Are

You might be a great fit if:

    • You’ve been in growth or performance digital marketing for 3–5+ years
    • Experience with paid media, email marketing, and social media
    • You like being hands-on
    • Analytical and curious
    • You’re comfortable figuring things out and moving quickly
    • You have Experience incorporating AI tools into marketing workflows (e.g., content creation, campaign development, or analysis), with a test-and-learn mindset toward new technologies
    • You are in a time zone within 3 hours of EST
