Role Description The Business Analyst role is a full-time, remote position responsible for analyzing business processes, requirements, and data to support decision-making across UNIPREP’s platform offerings. On a day-to-day basis, this role gathers and documents business requirements from stakeholders, maps workflows, and identifies opportunities for process improvements in hiring, freelancing, and campus placement solutions. The Business Analyst collaborates with product, technology, and operations teams to translate business needs into clear specifications and helps prioritize features and enhancements. Regular activities include preparing reports and dashboards, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis, and participating in meetings to present findings and recommendations. The role also involves coordinating with external partners and internal teams to ensure that implemented solutions align with business objectives and deliver value to users.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of Business Process mapping and optimization, including analyzing workflows and proposing improvements.
• Experience defining and managing Business Requirements for digital products or platforms.
