Create and maintain hiring infrastructure such as interview rubrics, scorecards, and leveling guides
Analyze recruitment funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Lead to oversee and optimize our hiring processes across core business functions, including go-to-market (GTM), operations, finance, and leadership roles. This is a hands-on, strategic role that involves managing a full requisition load while developing scalable processes, frameworks, and standards for talent acquisition. You will serve as a key connector between hiring managers, the talent acquisition team, and senior leadership, ensuring that our hiring practices align with our growth objectives and company culture. Your influence will extend beyond individual hires, shaping the infrastructure that enables Flex to attract top talent at scale. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to sourcing, screening, and closing high-caliber candidates, as well as building and refining our hiring systems and metrics to improve efficiency and quality across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant exposure to business, GTM, or leadership hiring
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable hiring processes, including rubrics, leveling frameworks, and onboarding procedures
  • Strong sourcing instincts with expertise in outbound strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, networks, and research
  • Exceptional organizational and data-driven skills, capable of analyzing funnel metrics and optimizing recruitment pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge requirements and maintain high standards under pressure
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and creating structured recruitment playbooks
  • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar tools
  • Prior experience in fintech, AI, or platform-focused companies is a plus
