Role Description The Chief Product Officer (CPO) is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and driving the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap across PCSECURE’s services and solutions. This role oversees the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, iteration, and retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. The CPO leads and mentors product teams, collaborates closely with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing, and prioritizes initiatives based on impact and feasibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting product objectives and key results, conducting market and competitive analysis, reviewing product performance metrics, and making data-informed decisions to improve user experience and value. The CPO also communicates product plans and updates to stakeholders, manages resource allocation for product initiatives, and fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Strong Product Strategy and Product Management skills, with experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and outcomes
  • Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, and delivery in a technology-focused environment
  • Proven Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership skills, with experience guiding diverse teams toward shared goals
  • Background in IT services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related technical domains is highly beneficial
  • Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making, including experience with product metrics, KPIs, and experimentation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear narratives
  • Experience operating in remote or distributed teams, with strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus
