I’m helping JULIUS 2 GROW find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of UX/UI Designer.

You will shape modern, AI-forward brand experiences through scalable UX/UI and design systems.

Job Summary

We are looking for a UX/UI / Site Designer to support the marketing team with website design, digital experiences, and scalable design systems. This role will play a key part in helping SPS Commerce evolve into a more modern, AI-forward, and tech-driven brand experience.

The ideal candidate is a mid-to-senior level designer who is comfortable working autonomously, interpreting creative direction from marketing stakeholders, and making informed UX/UI decisions independently. This person must have strong expertise in Figma, especially around systems design, reusable components, and developer-ready prototypes.

This role requires a strong balance between visual design, UX thinking, technical structure, and attention to detail, ensuring all designs are scalable, on-brand, and ready for development handoff.

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable website experiences, landing pages, and reusable page layouts for marketing and product initiatives.

Build and maintain structured Figma components, design systems, and development-ready prototypes.

Translate high-level or conceptual marketing direction into clear and effective UX/UI solutions.

Create responsive web experiences optimized for desktop and mobile.

Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure proper implementation.

Support the company’s evolution toward a more modern and AI-forward digital experience.

Explore and apply AI-assisted design workflows, including tools such as Figma Make, to accelerate concepting, prototyping, and design iteration.

Use prompt-based workflows to support layout exploration, component creation, and rapid testing of website design ideas.

Review AI-generated outputs carefully to ensure usability, brand consistency, responsive behavior, and development readiness.

Ensure all designs align with brand standards, usability best practices, and technical requirements.

Review work carefully to maintain visual consistency and identify design inconsistencies or AI-generated errors.

Prepare organized files and prototypes for developer handoff and implementation.

Support ongoing website production and optimization initiatives.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, web design, or digital product design.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, especially systems design, reusable components, auto-layouts, and developer handoff workflows.

Experience creating development-ready prototypes and scalable design systems.

Strong understanding of UX principles, hierarchy, typography, spacing, and responsive design.

Ability to work independently and make informed design decisions with limited direction.

Experience collaborating with development teams on implementation and QA.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Comfortable working with AI-assisted design tools and prompt-based creative workflows.

Strong ability to evaluate, refine, and quality-check AI-generated design outputs.

Familiarity with Figma Make or similar AI-enabled design/prototyping tools is a strong plus.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.

Strong English communication skills.

Experience supporting B2B SaaS or technology companies.

Experience designing marketing websites, product pages, or campaign landing pages.

Familiarity with AI workflows, prompt engineering concepts, MCPs, or AI-enabled design processes.

Experience working within fast-paced marketing teams.

Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management platforms.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive implementation limitations
