We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions in a remote work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organization

• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and actionable recommendations

• Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

• Conduct data analysis to generate insights, track performance, and support strategic initiatives

• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams to design and implement business solutions

• Create process maps, workflows, user stories, and business documentation

• Support project planning, testing, and change management activities

• Monitor project outcomes and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications to align objectives and expectations

• Ensure requirements and deliverables are aligned with business goals and priorities

✅ Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, project coordination, or a related role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process workflows

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is an advantage

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms is a plus

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Fluent in English; French language skills are highly desirable

• Based in France with legal authorization to work full-time
