Job Description

Salary: £30,000 – £33,000

Location: Fully remote (meeting in London 1-2 days per month)

A fully remote integrated B2B Marketing and Communications agency is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a unique in-house role focusing predominantly on promoting and growing the agency itself. If you're someone who loves content, understands agencies, and wants genuine ownership of a brand's digital presence, this could be the one.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of the agency's digital marketing and content output; building brand awareness, driving engagement and positioning the agency as a leading voice in the PR and communications space. Videography and visual content creation will be central to this role; they're looking for someone who can conceive, shoot and edit short-form video content, and who lives in Canva - producing polished, on-brand visuals that make people stop scrolling.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and publish content across social channels, with a focus on LinkedIn and video-first formats
  • Conceive, film and edit short-form video content - from thought leadership pieces to behind-the-scenes agency content
  • Design eye-catching graphics, templates, carousels and digital assets in Canva, maintaining a consistent and professional brand identity across all channels
  • Write compelling copy across all digital touchpoints, including social posts, email campaigns and the agency website
  • Manage and grow the agency's social media presence, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to increase reach and engagement
  • Support new business development through digital collateral, case studies and campaign materials
  • Track and report on digital performance, turning data into actionable insight

What They're Looking For

  • Strong videography skills - comfortable in front of and behind the camera, with experience shooting and editing short-form content
  • Advanced Canva skills - you should be able to produce genuinely impressive visual content quickly and consistently
  • A confident writer with a natural feel for brand voice and storytelling
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing, content creation or a similar role - agency background a bonus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • A genuine interest in PR and communications

Benefits

  • Fully remote - work from anywhere in the UK
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture
  • Real ownership of a growing brand from day one
