Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)
Rate: $28โ$33/hr INC
Duration: 6 months
Location: Fully remote (any province, EST hours preferred)
Team: Post-Offer team within People, Culture & Branding (team of 7โ17)

- Manage the post-offer process: requisition assignments, offer letter generation, and background screening monitoring.
- Ensure all tasks meet SLAs and resolve Workday issues/errors.
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Support special projects as needed.
Must-Haves:
- 1โ3 years relevant experience (or less with a postsecondary degree).
- Intermediate Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
