What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional roles
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across LATAM
  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
  • Develop strong talent pipelines and proactively engage passive candidates
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and influence decisions
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer stage



What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, QA, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Product, and related disciplines
  • Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
  • Hands-on experience using ATS and recruiting technologies to manage pipelines
  • Experience participating in ATS implementations, process improvements, or recruiting operations initiatives is highly preferred
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience hiring across LATAM and supporting distributed or global teams
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Experience working in software services, consulting, staffing, or recruiting agencies (nice to have).
