What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional roles
- Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across LATAM
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process
- Develop strong talent pipelines and proactively engage passive candidates
- Use recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and influence decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer stage

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for technical roles, including Software Engineering, QA, Cloud, Data, DevOps, Product, and related disciplines
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Hands-on experience using ATS and recruiting technologies to manage pipelines
- Experience participating in ATS implementations, process improvements, or recruiting operations initiatives is highly preferred
- Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience hiring across LATAM and supporting distributed or global teams
- Advanced English communication skills
- Experience working in software services, consulting, staffing, or recruiting agencies (nice to have).
