Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing core HR functions and supporting a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment and onboarding processes, coordinating performance management and talent development programs, and supporting employee relations and engagement initiatives. The role also involves developing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations, and partnering with leadership on workforce planning and organizational change. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with managers and team members across the organization to provide guidance on HR best practices, resolve HR-related issues, and support a culture of transparency and respect.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor regulations, and compliance standards, with the ability to apply them in a remote work environment.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems, and standard productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace).
- Ability to analyze HR data, prepare reports, and use insights to improve processes and support decision-making.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
- Experience in remote or distributed teams and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in HR practices.
