π Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems π»
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues π§
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required
- Accurately document support requests, resolutions, and system updates
- Support software deployments, system maintenance, and IT projects
- Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring timely issue resolution π
