10+ years leading digital transformation projects for enterprise or public sector clients - 10+ years in technical domains (Cloud Infrastructure, app modernization, data analytics) - 10+ years of experience with agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies - 5+ years in cloud migration - 5+ years managing partners and global delivery centers - Experience with globally distributed teams, project kick-offs, and consulting - Proficiency with PMIS tools (Jira, Asana, SmartSheet) and collaboration suites - Experience managing concurrent projects, including status reporting and financial tracking
