About Inquivix
Inquivix is a Seoul-based digital marketing agency helping international companies enter the Korean market through Naver SEO, Kakao advertising, paid media, social media, influencer campaigns, and web development. Our team is fully remote, operates across multiple countries, and uses AI tools as core production tools every day.
The Role
We need a designer who uses AI as their default starting point โ not occasionally, not experimentally, but as the primary way you produce visual work.
You will create marketing assets for our clients' campaigns: social media graphics, ad creatives, presentation decks, client report layouts, blog featured images, marketing collateral, brand assets, and campaign visuals. You work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, following brand guidelines and creative briefs.
This is a production role. You are not setting creative direction. You are translating briefs into clean, professional, on-brand visual work โ faster and at higher quality because of how you use AI.
What you produce:
- Social media posts and stories for Korean and global platforms
- Ad creatives for Google, Meta, Naver, and Kakao campaigns
- Client-facing report decks and presentation materials
- Blog featured images and article graphics
- Marketing collateral โ flyers, brochures, email headers, banners
- Brand assets and templates
- Campaign visuals across formats and dimensions

How AI fits into this role:
You don't start with a blank canvas. You start with AI.
- Generate initial concepts, layouts, and imagery using AI tools (ChatGPT Image, Nanobanana2/Gemini, Claude Design, Variant, Midjourney, or similar), then refine and polish to professional, client-ready quality
- Use AI for rapid iteration โ produce 3-5 visual directions in the time it traditionally takes to produce one
- Combine AI-generated elements with traditional design skills (typography, layout, color theory, composition) to create polished final output
- Know which AI tool to use for what: image generation vs. layout design vs. style transfer vs. background removal vs. upscaling
- Stay current with new AI design tools โ this field moves fast and we expect you to move with it
AI does not mean lower standards. It means higher output at the same or better quality. If you use AI to produce generic, obviously AI-generated work, that is not what we need.
Requirements
- Based in Indonesia
- 1+ years of design experience producing marketing assets (social media, ads, presentations, collateral)
- Active daily use of AI image generation and design tools in your production workflow. Not "I've tried Midjourney." We mean: AI tools are how you work.
- Strong design fundamentals โ typography, layout, color theory, composition. AI generates, you judge and refine.
- Proficiency in standard design tools โ Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or equivalent
- Professional English for internal team communication
- Reliable internet and quiet workspace

- Cannot handle fast turnaround times across multiple accounts
