We are seeking entrepreneurial, fully remote Business Development Managers (BDMs) specifically tasked with accelerating the B2B client acquisition pipeline for Cobra’s premium marketing, branding, and creative growth services.
For this expansion, we are looking to onboard three distinct, highly specialized BDMs who possess strong, active, and pre-existing corporate networks. You must be ready to immediately pitch Cobra’s ecosystem for collaborations within one of the following niches:
- BDM 1 (Design Vertical): Must have an established database and active client connections with premium design companies, creative studios, and luxury fashion/lifestyle brands.
- BDM 2 (Real Estate Vertical): Must have an established network and active connections with high-end real estate developers, agencies, and luxury property portfolios.
- BDM 3 (Furniture Vertical): Must have an established network and active client relationships within premium furniture brands, luxury interior fit-outs, and high-end decor manufacturers.
As a remote, commission-based position, this offers immense flexibility but requires a highly productive, data-driven self-starter. Your objective is streamlined: leverage your specific niche network, initiate corporate outreach, and introduce Cobra’s marketing ecosystem to qualified decision-makers. Once the introduction is secured, our core leadership team will take over to deliver technical pitches, finalize project selection, and close contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Niche Lead Generation: Utilize your specific industry database (Design, Real Estate, or Furniture) and targeted analysis to identify high-value B2B prospects requiring premium marketing, branding, or digital infrastructure.
- Strategic Client Outreach: Execute a productive, structured outbound strategy to initiate professional contact with decision-makers, communicating Cobra's unique marketing value proposition.
- Pipeline Tracking & Optimization: Maintain a disciplined, metrics-driven record of your outreach pipeline, analyzing conversion data to maximize your productivity.
- Seamless Pipeline Handover: Secure highly qualified agency opportunities and transition them to our internal executive team for contract finalization.

Compensation & Future Outlook
- Initial Phase (100% Commission-Based): Fully remote and commission-based, offering an exceptionally high percentage payout on every secured marketing or creative contract initiated through your network.
- The Future Plan: This position is designed to transition into a permanent corporate structure once the firm achieves its Phase-One scaling milestones. Upon hitting these targets, the role evolves into a full-time position offering a fixed base salary, ongoing closing commissions, a company-sponsored UAE residency visa, and all standard employment benefits.

Professional Requirements
- Targeted Network Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional sales or business development experience within the UAE/Dubai or broader GCC luxury landscape. You must explicitly possess an active, deeply rooted corporate network in either Design, Real Estate, or Furniture, and be ready to pitch collaborations immediately.
- Productive & Data-Minded: Proven ability to leverage data, manage a sales pipeline independently, and drive outreach productivity in a fully remote environment.
- Professional Character: Highly strategic, independent self-starter who operates effectively with complete autonomy. Absolute honesty and ethical brand protection are non-negotiable.
- Current Legal Status: Candidates must currently hold their own valid, independent UAE residency/work visa (Freelance, partner, or family sponsorship) for the initial phase. (Corporate visa sponsorship is provided upon transitioning to the permanent phase).
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, corporate presentation, and verbal/written communication skills in English.
