Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation scripts to ensure the quality and performance of network systems and infrastructure.
- Perform manual and automated testing of network components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and drive improvements in network functionality and performance.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance policies, best practices, and industry standards to maintain secure and efficient network operations.
- Monitor system metrics and conduct root-cause analyses to prevent recurring issues and ensure long-term reliability.
- Support the implementation of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices related to networking systems and provide insights for enhancing automation frameworks.
- Stay up to date with emerging network technologies, tools, and testing methodologies to keep our QA processes at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in network testing, quality assurance, or relevant IT roles.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, etc.
- Familiarity with various network equipment and tools, including packet analyzers (e.g., Wireshark) and testing tools (e.g., iPerf, Spirent, or IXIA).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Python, Selenium, and Jenkins.
- Proven expertise in identifying, documenting, and communicating technical defects in a structured manner.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
