Right now we are looking for a Senior IT Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:
- Lead high-level incident resolution and service optimization, handling escalated tickets from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues, implement proactive monitoring to minimize downtime, and ensure SLA compliance across all IT services.
- Collaborate with end-users, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior team members on best practices and actively contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize core IT infrastructure, including physical/virtual servers, cloud environments, networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs), and virtualization platforms.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, security hardening, and disaster recovery testing.
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform) to ensure high availability and scalability for enterprise systems.
- Maintain enterprise backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity, encryption, and offsite replication.
- Coordinate failover procedures and conduct periodic restore drills.
- Monitor backup success rates, retention policies, and recovery time/point objectives (RTO/RPO) to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.

- 5+ years of relevant IT administration experience.
- Advanced English level.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure as a service to internal users.
- Strong background in system administration and network engineering.
- Practical experience managing VPNs, SaaS systems, and user access lifecycles.
- Proven ability to lead end-user support (both in-person and remote) with structured processes.
- Experience with procurement and vendor management.
- Experience implementing SaaS management optimization tools.
- Experience with network monitoring and alerting systems.
- Background working with network integrators or communication service providers.
- Proficiency with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and controllers.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher).
- Experience with JAMF Pro and Apple ecosystem management.
- Experience with Intune and Windows ecosystem management.
- Familiarity with video conferencing solutions (e.g., Polycom, Logitech).
