About The Role

As a .Net/C# Developer at Gainwell, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise healthcare solutions that serve some of the most vulnerable populations. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with a talented team dedicated to creating innovative technologies that improve health outcomes. Your responsibilities will include supporting the entire product development lifecycle, from complex design tasks to testing and bug verification. You will collaborate closely with management, cross-functional teams, and clients to ensure solutions meet specifications and expectations. Serving as a subject matter expert, you will stay informed on market developments, product systems, network architecture, and interface capabilities. This role provides an excellent opportunity to grow your technical expertise while making a tangible difference in healthcare services across communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design and support within enterprise environments
• Experience working with client enterprise products, services, and requirements, preferably in health and human services
• Strong knowledge of technology architecture, product development lifecycle, and cloud technologies
• Proficiency with software as a service (SaaS) platforms and product/platform configurations
• Expertise in relational databases, event-driven communication, and modular software development
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior colleagues and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve ambiguous problems effectively
• Willingness to work remotely, with flexibility to accommodate business needs and travel (0-10%)

Responsibilities

• Develop and support enterprise healthcare products throughout the full development lifecycle
• Design complex solutions, verify bugs, analyze system performance, and conduct release testing
